Biddington Group engaged Channel 13 to develop a sleek and inviting brand for a stacked townhome project they were building within their existing community, The Estates of River Oaks.
The name BLOCK 55 was inspired by the block of land the community was built on (“Block 55”) along with the defined geometric shape of the development’s architecture. Sleek and inviting, the brand captures the attainable modern luxury of Block 55’s highly sought-after townhome community. We rolled out the brand across several touchpoints, including print materials, signage, web, a captivating email drip campaign, and retrofitting their existing sales office with new graphics.
